Small Group Support — Sidecar Rally
“We don’t have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to.” — Brené Brown
Sidecar Rally is a monthly meetup via Zoom for small cohorts of women leaders. We meet in an atmosphere of confidentiality and collegiality to discuss the fascinating terrain women face in navigating international school leadership roles as well as opportunities to bring our innate strengths and attributes to these roles.
Rallies last for 75 minutes, involve no more than 6 leaders, are centered around a theme related to female leadership, provide opportunities for each rally-er to discuss personal professional puzzles and get input/ advice/ support from fellow rally-ers, and surface resources and ideas that can be applied in the daily adventures of leading-while-female.
Rallies take place over two seasons per year: Spring (February through May) and Fall (September through December), with four monthly meetups during each season. Sign-ups take place the month prior to the season start. Best way to find out about Rally sign-ups is to be on Bridget’s email list (which you can do on this website!).
